Short Biography:
- July 2005: I received my PhD from University of Ulm, Germany.
-Oct 2003-2005: PhD student at the working group of Bioinformatics, Ulm University, Germany.
-May 2001- Sept. 2003: I joind, as PhD student, the Graduate School for Bioinformatics, Bielefeld University, Germany.
-May 2001: I received Masters' of Science in Systems and Biomedical Engineering, Cairo University. The title of the Master thesis was "Solving Steiner Tree Problem for the Optimization of Medical Gas Networks".
-July 1998: I received my B.Sc. degree in Systems and Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt. Since then, I was appointed as a teaching assistant at the same university.
